• Pass the Route 287 juncture and continue traveling South through 5 traffic lights. You will come to the Wick Shopping Plaza, TJ Max, Pathmark Super Center, etc) on our right as well as the exit for Plainfield Avenue.
• Take the Plainfield Ave. exit (by the Outback Steak House) to the stop sign, make a LEFT and go into the middle lane.
• Go across Route #1 and take to the end (traffic light). 
• Make a right onto Woodbridge Avenue (Route 514).
• Immediately there is a fork - STAY RIGHT.
• The V.F.W. is 2/10 of a mile on the left, about 1 block before the highway.
• Use the parking lot on the left or across the street on the right.

From Route 1 Traveling North:

• Pass Fudruckers, Loews Theatres and go over the bridge.
• Go under the first overpass and make immediate first right (Edison Overhead Door Company) onto Woodbridge Avenue (Route 514).
• The V.F.W. is immediately on the right, less than 1/10 of a mile. IT IS EASY TO PASS.
• The V.F.W. driveway is right before a small sign saying "Ramp Speed 20 MPH". (If you get to the Italian American Club, you went too far).
• Use the V.F.W. parking lot on the right or across the street on the left.

From the Garden State Parkway (Southbound):

• Take Exit 130: Merge onto US-1 South, towards Trenton.
• Follow the directions for Route 1 South (above).

From Turnpike (North or South):

• Take Exit 9.
• Go through the toll plaza and bear right onto Route 18 North/Route 1.
• Follow the directions for Route 1 North.

From Route 18 (East or West):

• Take Route 18 to Route 1 North.
• Follow the directions for Route 1 North.

From Route 287 South:

• Take Exit 1B for Route 1 South.
• Follow the directions for Route 1 South.

From Route 440 West - Route 287 North:

• Take Route 1 South exit
• Follow the directions for Route 1 South.

From Stelton Road - Plainfield Avenue:

• When Stelton Road crosses Route 27, it becomes Plainfield Avenue.
• Take it across Route 1 to the end and turn right onto Woodbridge Avenue.
• Immediately there is a fork - STAY RIGHT.
• The V.F.W. is 2/10 of a mile on the left.
• Use the V.F.W. parking lot on the left or across the street on the right.
